Retail Therapy

Before things got too crazy at the local quilt shops we made a little road trip to check them out. Here are a few photos from Sew Many Quilts in Bend, Oregon.

Here are 3 of the sewing sisters-Bonnie-Randy-Pat.

Pat owns a quilt shop in Wisconsin. We found out while we were there that Life's a Stitch Quilt Shoppe and Sew Many Quilts were in the same issue of Quilt Sampler magazine!!! It was spring 2008- check it out again if you have the magazine. Pat loves quilts with an old fashioned flair and carries a lot of Jo Morton fabrics. The web site isn't complete, but you can always call if you are looking for something in particular.
Here is Cathy doing her share to help the economy.
Here are our goods at the end of the day.

  1. One of my favorite quilt shops! I always make a beeline for that shop when I go up to Bend to visit my family, didn't make it up this year though.

  2. I "thought" in your other post that was the back of Bonnie! How funny we have a mutual friend and likely didn't know it! Many times she has sat here stitching and talking about her friends she stitches with in Oregon!! Loved poking through the photo of goods purchased by the group. A Bra? Chili Dark Chocolate (never heard of)
