I finished this little fall pillow this weekend. I started it so I'd have a little hand sewing while attending to my grand jury duties once a week. I thought I'd better get it finished before it is time to take out Christmas decor. It was in the fall issue of Primitive Quilts and Projects. The first 3 issues of this magazine have been fantastic!!
Saturday morning was the yearly Pajama Sale at the Stitchin' Post. I didn't need much but it is a fun, busy event to go to.
Carrie of Cricket Wood Prims and Gardens lives in Bend but we've never met- until Saturday. She was with Michele of Mocha Moochell so it was a double surprise. Remember it was a PJ sale!! LOL
I had enough excitement on Sunday for quite some time. Check it out on my other blog- Get to Goal.

I can't believe how many blogging quilters live in Bend. My mom and one of my brothers and his family live there too. I am going to have to coordinate a bloggy meetup the next time I make the trek up there!
Are you crazy Girl! Rock climbing. Years ago, we went to a National Park in Utah where we took the guided tour of Indian cliff dwellers. I didn't know that I would have to climb a ladder up the side of one of the cliffs. I was shaking and scared silly just going up the ladder with my husband right behind me holding me in place. You are a brave one.
You look cute in your pj's. I hope it was a really good sale.
That pillow is so cute! Grand jury duties, huh. Doesn't sound fun. PJ day at the Stitchin Post does!
I love that little pillow you made and yes, the issues of Primitive Quilts and Projects have been wonderful. I knew it would be a great magazine.
Enjoy your week!
Cute PJ's! Love the Stitchin Post, trying to get the husband to take a trip to Bend and to all the great shops there! Have a great day....
It was a fun morning...and glad I recognized you. And yes, it was a PJ sale..just outta bed! LOL
That PJ sale sounds like fun! And how cool running into other bloggers! Cute pillow!
Never heard of a PJ sale - was expecting you to be buying PJs - such a shock!
I love your pumpkin - it's adorable.
A PJ sale with new friends = FUN!
Now that is my kind of shopping, lol.
I admit, I wear pj's all the time at home, I like being comfy;)
Debbie
Good for you on the rock climbing!! I admire your courage and spunk!
PJ sale sounds pretty fun to me--and fun to meet up with other bloggers! Expecting to have my first blogging "meet up" this Thursday. Hope it works out.
Love the pj sale. What could be better than fabric shopping in your jammies???
Sorry, brain mush this morning...Love your pillow. I liked it in the magazine but I am too far behind to get to new projects.
Well, your little pillow is FAB!!!
Woo Hoo looks like Fun Fun Fun shopping fabrics in your jammies!!
That looks like a fun sale! Your pillow looks great - perfect for fall.
Lori the pillow is adorable. I too still have fall projects I am working on. I just subscribed to that magazine yesterday.

There is no greater motivation to wake up in the morning and go shopping for fabrics!

I love your little wooly pillow - so cute!
Fun sale! The little pillow is cute and I just saw the same magazine at Jo Ann's and decided to buy it (the winter issue). It has some neat stuff in it.
i agree: the Primitive Quilts magazine is great~!
i've recently renewed my subscription for another 2 years.
your pillow is awesome with the richness of colors and the cozy look of wool . . . yummy.
i made a variation of the Crow on the Pumpkin pattern (found in the same issue) for a friend's birthday but have yet to find the time to blog about it.
i really must do that . . .
:-)
