Temecula Quilt Co it reminded me that this was in my basted stack ready to be quilted. This is yet another wool applique quilt designed by Cheri.
I had to include my Danish Nisse in the photo. The holidays are here when I see them!!
Seriously, I'm warmed up on my machine quilting and the Bible quilt is next on the list..then I want to get my red and white one quilted before Christmas. That may not happen, but I can try.

Instead of finishing my Christmas quilts like I should be, I am cutting out applique pieces for another quilt. I think I am going to have to set them aside and finish my "12 Days of Christmas". Your finish is looking good. I like that you added the fabric pieces in the upper left corner. I think mine needs something there too.
What a great little primitive Christmas piece for the wall! I wish I could come watch you do the machine quilting. I could use some help warming mine up!

Your 12 Days of Christmas is wonderful. How nice to have one ready to finish so quickly. I don't remember seeing a few scattered blocks here and there, as on this pattern. Such a great "I have them, let's use them" look.

Love it! Those Cheri quilts are always a favorite. I didn't get around to making a new Christmas quilt this year. Guess that means I'll need to make two next year *lol*

I love the little blocks scattered on the quilt top, haven't seen those before, just remember you were going to do something to the empty spaces.
The bible quilt turned out beautifully too! I am curious to the quilting you are going to do, it doesn't need much I think? It is great as it is!

Ahh, a tradition. The Danish Nisse. I dig being "in" on a tradition. Any of those you share are a delight. Now your holiday piece really made me smile yesterday when I first peeked in. I was charmed by the little blocks you added. A truly unique and ever-lasting piece my friend.
