Merry Monday!!

Happy Spring!!

Here's my scrap basket quilt that I'm following Cheri along with. She will be adding some prim applique in wool so I'm excited for it! Blocks finish at 4".
Gay at Sentimental Stitches shared this block on International Quilt Day (Saturday!) I was happy to do this one this weekend.

Yes, I do things very high-tech! We've got 80 little quilt swappers and I'll get the name of who you are sending to before Wednesday. Keep an eye on your email.

Today is the kickoff of Diane's blog hop to celebrate her new book- Scrap Quilt Secrets. You have several chances to win a copy for yourself! I'll be reviewing it on Wednesday. Check it out!

You certainly didn't waste any time getting your new block made. : ) Interesting center motif.
That is about as high-tech as I get, too, Lori.

  5. Happy spring to you, Lori!
Your scap quilt is very nice! And the block with the heart and crown fancy, it seems to say: "you are the queen of my heart!"

  9. Scraps are a mystical thing; I started the 365 Challenge with a shoe box of scraps. Almost three months later the box is still full….. I am almost sure I haven't added anything to the box. There is magic at work in the world of scraps.

  10. I am working on the 1856 album quilt blocks. Maybe I will finish today but have not prepped the newest heart block yet. And you have yours done already.
Seventy people is a lot to keep track of with the doll quilt swap. Keeps you very busy.
