This should be no surprise that this was a favorite from the Sisters Show!
On another note, I've been a bit MIA on the blogging. Our summer weather has been really incredible. Summer is too short so I must enjoy the outdoors while I can.
Elsa may not be able to hike much but she likes to camp!
A little hike to 9050' on Mount Bachelor in Central Oregon. The three Sisters are in the distance. Their names are Faith, Hope and Charity.
It was a little steep in some areas!
Another friend and I made a hike near Mt Hood.
My daughter and I have been trying to "meet in the middle" for a couple of mental health hikes!
We have kept the camper on the truck so all we have to do is pack up some food and go!
I also found out that my lifetime senior America the Beautiful pass gets me some 1/2 price campsites! It's great to have a few benefits as we age!!
I rec'd a beautiful antique quilt for the charity fundraiser. I'll share that on Wednesday.
Let's have a great week!
That is a beautiful quilt and your outdoor adventures always inspire me!
ReplyDeleteI love that the great grand-daughter finished this heirloom. It's gorgeous. I love that she quilted dots (circles) in the baskets. It brings a modern twist to this antique quilt. So nice to see your daughter again. The hiking photos are wonderful. Thanks for sharing. ;^)
ReplyDeleteWhat a beauty--and it's generational :) Love your outdoor adventures! Happy rest of summer.
ReplyDeleteI see why it's a favorite. The tiny quilting stitches, oh my!! Glad you get outside and moving. Especially with your daughter. Great views!
