Bible Quilt #2

I’ve got my summit stitches ready to quilt, but I turned my attention to the Bible Quilt that was taking up space in my sewing room. Juliann donated this UFO to Faith Seeds and I'm getting it ready to sew at our annual quilt retreat in January. It’s been a fun one to revisit.

Here is my first one, finished and gifted in 2011.

Most of this was completed by Juliann.

I'm switching to machine applique and these are the blocks I have just about ready to go. I should be able to get the wool applique hand stitched and the embroidered word stitched before January.

Thanks again Juliann for this!

  4. I always enjoy seeing different versions of the same pattern.
I love January retreats. It is a great time to unwind after the busy-ness of the holidays.
