Or, am I going to have to find someone to make me one?
I'm not very helpful with wall colors if you're wanting to go light neutral. I prefer neutral colors, but I am a bit more dramatic. Love the Pittsburgh Designer colors, such as Willow Tree or Spiced Cider. All those earth tone colors go with so much. Have fun!
And , keep up the great work!
Pathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05277868843172677979noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7554378824181841688.post-44150240354231166022013-08-22T13:15:17.372-07:002013-08-22T13:15:17.372-07:00My favorite sewing room wall color was light Grann...My favorite sewing room wall color was light Granny Smith Apple green. It was just bright enough to make me perky but not too yellow to get me hyper! It was just relaxing and inspiring at the same time. I say WAS cuz now that the boys are older, I had to give up my sewing room to give him is own room. So now my sewing room is .... a mess! ;) Chantalhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14772079099766225814noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7554378824181841688.post-5501079556196157362013-08-22T12:08:08.271-07:002013-08-22T12:08:08.271-07:00love your new header and that quilt rack!

Thinking about painting a room in my house that color. My quilt room is by Behr called Swiss Coffee and its a soft creamy white. However, in the past I've had smaller sewing rooms, which I painted yellow. An easy way to get a pale yellow is to go to Wal-Mart for a gallon of Country White. Go to another store, such as Sherwin Williams, for a quart of high quality yellow. In a bucket pour the white and add enough of the yellow to make you happy. Every room I've painted has different lighting at different times of the day. But this is one way I've found to create the color that worked best for me in that particular room. Happy painting.Gypsy Quilterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18192303145122990677noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7554378824181841688.post-17666130439426259232013-08-21T07:51:16.796-07:002013-08-21T07:51:16.796-07:00I seem to always pick paint with food names, like ...I seem to always pick paint with food names, like the yellow in my room is called " spiced cashew". But that said, the walls of my sewing room are a very pale sage green--it used to be my son's room and I didn't bother repainting when he moved out. It had been painted pretty recently. I really like it, actually.
Thanks for the close-ups of the quilt hanger.
