Market Day Sew Along

I am overwhelmed at the response for my little giveaway. I LOVE reading about everyone's 4th of July. I was very touched by many of your comments. For those who have served our country, or who are serving, thank you so much for your service and sacrifice! (If you haven't left a comment, it's on the last post)

Look! More patriotic!! First thing I did on the retreat is sew together my
Market Day quilts by Pam Buda. I see where I could have done things a bit differently, but I like it anyway.

  1. What fun! It still amazes me what you can do with a few 9-patches, a few pinwheels, some HSTs, etc, along with different colors, and Ta Da! Something new and beautiful! I guess that's what quilting is all about and it's always something new!

  5. I showed my Market Day top at guild and got a few AHHHH's. I'm glad you get to retreat and go to Sisters. I almost got my DH talked into bringing me. He says it's too far for a day trip. :(

  16. The little one is sweet, sweet. I sometimes have trouble stitching small blocks. They want to be a size other than what they should.
