I got this top designed by Lynda finished! That's all I want to say about that!!
I'll have to do a bit of clean up then onto the next project for the quilt shop. I'm making a sample for myself first and I'm looking forward to it.
Because step 2 on the Cheddar Cheese quilt was easy, what do you think about me posting the final part earlier then Friday? I've already seen some quilt tops done!! I can't wait to see more. I'm hoping to get mine basted this week.
I am hand-quilting on my cheddar & crackers. I needed to have it ready for a trip, so I figured out the next step. THANK YOU so very much! I ~love~ it.

Great quilt....yeah a finish!
ReplyDeleteI may have to jump on the cheddar & crackers bandwagon after all. Loving the quilts I'm seeing.
I picked my fabrics yesterday, except for the light background... I'll need to purchase that. I'll be starting this week. It's a cute little quilt. Thanks for sharing it with us!

Don't you love it when the husband has a busy weekend? Mine just bought cross country skis and I got two days of sewing!
ReplyDeleteI am loving my little Cheddar & Cracker blocks. I was waiting for my cheddar fabric, it arrived, and I got started on my blocks. I am moving slowly, but at least I am moving. So, go ahead and post Step 3. Thank you for posting this little quilt. It has inspired me!
ReplyDeleteWhat a nice, soft quilt! Just was looking at Fun With Barb and Mary, and she posted 60 degree diamond quilts, too. What a treat!
ReplyDeleteI'm pokey with the cheddar quilt, but post away!
Love that pretty little border!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful top that is. Such nice piecing. I'm game for the next step. I'm not ready but I'm definitely game.
ReplyDeleteJuat as soon as I fix up my little projects, I'm into the cheddar quilt. The top that's finished is great, a finish always is.
ReplyDeleteWhat a nice way to spend the day - wish my DH liked football. Hope to do some more cheddar and crackers tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteUninterrupted quilting time is the BEST part about football *s*
ReplyDeleteLove the banner pic!
Simply - it's beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI get alot of sewing when football is on as well. BUT - it's because I listen to it in my sewing room as I'm sewing and if there's a BIG play, there's always "replay".
I am ready too, just finished part two. This has been so much fun! I am waiting...but I think I know how to do it. This has been hard for me, which is a great thing, learning is good!
ReplyDeleteYour top is lovely ... and I just love the quilt in your header!
ReplyDeleteThis quilt is beautiful Lori. You're so quick in getting them done. I'm so impressed.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Marcia
