ReplyDeleteLuckily, I don't worry about that part, all my weight goes in the gut though. With summer, I swim every day, so that helps.

I'm pretty sure I know what a QB, but my big gut is a bigger problem. Massive lack of exercise and lack of restraint with the fork & spoon. I'll be scurrying over to your other site.

All I know is that losing the extra lbs is getting harder the closer to 50 I get :)
I started doing silver sneakers cardio at the local Y due to a massive case of QB...you know it is bad when you stand up at guild meeting and the metal chair comes up with you....
