500 Posts Giveaway!

I was reading on somebody's blog the other day that after 900 posts they still had stuff to talk about. I thought that was funny and I guess I am feeling the same way. I jumped right in and had no idea where I was going. I've sure had a fun time and met some wonderful people. I appreciate you leaving comments. It also lets me visit your blog as well. (if you have one)
Ready for a giveaway? I hope these are not too lame.

A repurposed little quilt from an antique top.
Another one just a little bit bigger.

I bought this book a year ago thinking I would make something from it. Nope, I think I have opened it twice.
I liked this book so much I have two on my shelf! New, never used!!  (why do we do that?!)

OK, so to enter the giveaway please leave a comment. If you'd like to be a friend of Humble Quilts please click on the link at the upper right of the blog. It isn't necessary though to win.
Put in your comment what order you'd like to win. I will not take offense if you'd rather have the books then the little quilts.
I'll draw four winners Saturday night.

Thank you all so much for visiting my humble blog on the net!!

  131. Hi Lori, I hope you will have a lot more things to blog about, for a long, long time. Thank you for the giveaway. I would like to win the book 'Quiltmaker's guide to fine machine applique.' Isn't that weird, buying the same book twice? I learned not to beat myself up over things like this. And just say: 'Guess I really like this book, since I ordered it twice.' :-)

  142. Wow 500 posts. That is so great! One of my most treasured quilts is a little red and white 9 patch my sis gave me. I think of her every time I look at it. Small quilts are great to display especially when you don't have space for larger quilts. I enjoy reading your blog and thank you for the chance to win one of your giveaways!
