First Friday at Quiltworks

Quiltworks has a wonderful gallery this month of quilts from past exhibitors. I made a point of going to the First Friday event.
 My friend, Phyllis, had her lovely sampler to share.

And my primitive Sweet Land of Liberty quilt.

    Thank you for sharing, Lori. The sashing on the Applique Sampler makes that quilt sparkle! Your quilt looks great hanging and in a perfect setting. Enjoy the show this weekend~

    Thanks for sharing Lori! My son & his family live in Bend & wish I could visit more often. A couple of years ago I was blessed with teaching 2 of the 3 granddaughters how to quilt and they each made a quilt and entered them in the Arizona Quilt Guild quilt show. Shortly after, Quilt Works had a 'small quilt' display & the girls had their quilts on display. Warmed my heart to get a photo of them in front of their quilts! Marilyn was so nice to them & they really enjoyed the experience.
