Blind Man's Fancy- Revisited

This gorgeous quilt was in a small booklet called Patterns In Time- Quilts of Western New York. It was issued in conjunction with the special exhibit at the Buffalo History Museum in 1990 and 1991

I finished my version in 2012. There was/is no pattern. The size on Electric Quilt were a bit convoluted, but it was worth it!

I took it out to enjoy this spring in my living room.

I have always kept my eyes open for the booklet and came across it on Amazon. It had been reprinted! I love it, except they really needed an editor! lol

It feels like SPRING! It almost is.
I hope you are having a great week!

  1. Oh my, thanks so much for sharing this gorgeous quilt and the inspiration booklet. I'd never heard of the booklet but now must hunt it down since we're native western New Yorkers.

    1. Call the Buffalo Museum. They own this quilt and I purchased this book there. They might still have some copies(?)

  2. There is a pattern for this quilt in the book 'History Repeated' by Betsy Chutchian and Carol Staehle.
