I had a heck of a time with these blocks this month. (like you couldn't tell from yesterday's post!) Just in the nick of time I got my 3 blocks for June complete. 2 more to blocks, then finish setting them!! Whoop!! Whoop!!
Here's one "test" block I made with the fabric bundle I got at market. Sewing Sisters at Sunriver is coming quick and I plan on making more of these.
Have a wonderful weekend!!
Love the red and green. On walkaway. Sometimes you just need chocolate!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on getting your designated blocks finished, in spite of the little snafu. : )
ReplyDeleteI like your new block--do you already have the setting in mind or will that come as you go along?
I too have nicked holes in my blocks...grr!! Your blocks look so pretty...and your Christmas quilt will be wonderful! Congratulations, by the way, on your solo jump!
ReplyDeleteI knew you could do it! They all look beautiful!
ReplyDeleteWOW!! You're amazing!! Falling out of airplanes but still on target for your blocks!!! :-)

ReplyDeleteLove your test block, this looks good. You are going to be so happy with your xmas quilt, smart girl to have it in the works in the summer!

ReplyDeleteGorgeous blocks - love the red and green ones!
ReplyDeleteI have block love over the red and greens. I'm liking the test block too.
ReplyDeleteWe knew you'd beat the deadline, but the nick in the previous post put a chill down my spine. I guess we shouldn't be surprised with a little mishap like that now and then. Our sharp tools don't always end up exactly where we want them. Been there--done that.
ReplyDeleteLove the test block. I like those fabrics.
that little test block is a cutie~!
ReplyDeleteam looking forward to seeing more of them.
