The Standard Book of Quiltmaking and Collecting was the first quilt book I received. It was a Christmas gift from my husband in 1975 I think. A lot of good info about drafting quilt patterns.
ReplyDeleteLove that you snagged a couple Jeana Kimball books! IMO they are two of her best!
ReplyDeleteThat dress is so fun, but never wore one like that.
ReplyDeleteI love finding good books at yard sales, but not as many good ones.

ReplyDeleteReally good finds! I d love to see more of the Folk Art Animals one and also the one that says "Country..." underneath the Humble Spirits book.
ReplyDeleteMakes me sad I got rid of all my books though, a few years ago, bitten by the stupid ''declutter bug''.

Some of those books are in my stash and some have been in the past and no more. The Humble Spirits book title sounds perfect for you.
