While making more room on my phone I have managed to delete a lot of my photos from the show.
Here were a few from a small exhibit that used vintage/antique quilt blocks in a new quilt.
I made sure to get to the Primitive Quilts exhibit.
Wendy's lovely pot holder quilt!
Perfect applique!
Love this sampler designed by Cheri
A beauty by Dawn Heese.
Another by Dawn.
The French Quilts de Legende had a wonderful exhibit as well. I only took photos of a few and if you want to see more you can see them on THIS blog post. I was lucky to see them in Liepvre, France at the European Patchwork.
Patchwork Divas had a beautiful exhibit.
Lovely quilt by Betsy Chuchian.
See more and find out about their new book at Betsy's blog.
Men's lounge. Great idea!
Tattered Threads..... no words for this. LOL
I hope that gives you an idea of my world for a week.
Take care!
Thanks for showing us Wendy and Dawn's quilts!
ReplyDeleteSome wonderful vintage looking creations in this bunch.
Oh, that dress!! Do you think that is what Scarlett O'Hara made when she ran out of curtains?
A lovely post with lots of eye candy :0) I think the medallion style quilt with the bird in the middle is by Jeana Kimball. It looks so lovely and I bet the hand quilting is amazing! Can't wait for the Patchwork Diva's book - I love seeing the possibilities with identical blocks.
ReplyDeleteOh what a beautiful bunch of quilts! Thanks for sharing mine. I adore the Patchwork Diva's work. I can't wait to get Betsy's new book. Yum! Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful quilts, thank you! You might find your deleted photos somewhere---in your photo stream or in the years folders or on your Cloud? I d love to see the Swiss children's clothes.
