It's Beginning to look like Christmas

I don't know if we will be putting up a tree, but I always display the vintage Santa suit that my FIL used to wear when his kids were little.

I made the goofy Santa, but look what he is sitting on!! Liz H made this for our antique block challenge and sent it to me as a thank you. I LOVE it and will proudly display it. Thanks again Liz.

No sewing for me yet, since the end of month/beginning of month is a busy time for me. We just put our part timer on full time so that should free me up a little more. (whoop! Whoop!)

I hope you are having a lovely week. I have so much to be thankful for.

  3. What a fabulous quilt Liz sent you! And Santa looks like he is comfy on it, after attending a few too many holiday parties. LOL

  6. What a great suit to have for decoration! The vintage block challenge quilt is gorgeous, lucky you. We haven't gotten a tree yet, but many folks in town put up lights right after Halloween, to bring some cheer to our lockdown. I got out Christmas Advent decoration and some quilts that are mixing with the fall decor not yet put away--that's a task for tomorrow. Hope you get some stitching time!

  7. Fun quilts, and Oh, Santa! I'm guessing you do not have cats, that fat Santa would be on the floor and getting tossed about!
