I received my monthly sampler from Two Thimbles Quilt Shop!
Isn't it lovely?! It is based on an antique English quilt from 1830's-1860's
It is called "The Midlands" by Deirdre Bond Abel of Hat Creek Quilts by Marcus Bros.

ReplyDeleteMy comment just disappeared and I didn't click on publish. I was going to add that it seems like civil war reproduction fabrics are so much more available in different areas. Or, at least some places have a larger selection. Boersma's has a pretty good selection. For last doll quilt exchange, I was amazed that almost all of the fabrics in the quilt were ones I had never seen before. So I might sign up for the monthly sampler.
