Patriotic Bed Turning

Happy Wednesday!
I made a couple of videos for today's blog post. The first one is an introduction to the 2nd video!

The second video is a few of my patriotic quilts.
I hope you enjoy it!

You may be able to watch it better on Youtube. Follow me there if you want!

Some friends and I went on our first big backpacking trip of the year.
I picked a few of my favorite photos.

It was hot and a hard hike but this desert girl was loving the beauty of the forest!

Take care! See you Friday in July with more patriotic quilts!

  2. Enjoyed the patriotic quilt video!! And look forward to another one on Friday. I thought I had seen all your patriotic quilts before! We are in Florida now visiting family and the temps here are actually lower than at home in Oregon! It is plenty hot here anyway with high humidity. Oh, and bugs! I hope it cools off before we get home next week!

  3. That was a fun bed turning. You always have had such great patriotic quilts.
Praying for that heat to end. I am so glad my daughter in Eugene happened to rent a home with AC--so many of the neighbors don't have it. Can't imagine what this must be like for you all who just aren't set up for these kinds of temps!!

  6. Love Love love the bed turning Lori, thank you. It reminds me of the importance of our friends and quilting community in our lives. This month our guild is meeting again for the first time since March 2020. Keep your fluids up as you weather this heat wave.
