Amazing Antique Quilts (repost)

I was at the Quilt Expo for the quilt show and didn't get to show you these lovely antique quilts! They are probably all from the Latimer Quilt Museum














There is so much to love about these quilts!

    What a strange stitch on that appliqué you zoomed in on! It almost looks like a backward blanket stitch. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything but needle turn on the older quilts. Very interesting. Thanks for sharing.
