Here's a little Halloween wallhanging I've been working on as I drove back and forth to see my dad. I got the binding on it and it's ready for fall! It is designed by Cheri.
If you haven't taken a peek at the 53 little doll quilts that are posted please go see right now. HERE
And if you are on instagram and would like to follow me I put a badge on the right hand side. I try and put different things on my blogs than I put on instagram. Quilting is minimal, it's mostly my life beyond the sewing room.
Have a fantastic day!
Who can resist a fall quilt, especially a cute Cheri Payne pattern! The Pam Buda project looks like fun.
ReplyDeleteYour Halloween quilt is darling!! I so wanted to do your doll quilt quilt along, but thought I could not do it in time...wish I had, LOL!! Your Pam Buda quilt blocks are wonderful!
ReplyDeleteI am planning to do Pam's quilt too!
ReplyDelete53 little cuties :0) what a fun swap! Love your Market Day blocks. How very clever of you to finish up fall projects now - I have a couple too - I should try that.
ReplyDeletees precioso tu trabajo de Halloween

ooohhh you have got me thinking about all my Halloween UFO's!
ReplyDeleteI love the Halloween quilt. I too am doing the Market Day SAL. Hugs
ReplyDeleteWonderful pieces and it is fun to get a head start for the fall. I need to get my summer pieces finished and then I will start some fall and Christmas so I might be done in time this year.

The dolly quilts are amazing! I like your new blocks too! Have a fun day...
ReplyDeleteI have copied the Pam Buda Market Day SAL instructions, I think I can catch up quick. They are fun blocks and I have a LOT of CW fabrics to play with, Thanks for posting and tempting me again. I tried to resist...
ReplyDeleteYour Halloween quilt is just too cute! And already for Fall. I will check out the Pam Buda sew along, I sure like the squares you done! All the doll quilts are amazing!
ReplyDeleteCheri's patterns are just fun! Great little Halloween quilt. Love the little stars too. There's just something about making traditional patterns small sized that seems extra special.:)
ReplyDeleteVery scary tree! But so cute! : )
ReplyDeleteI plan to do the mini version of Pam's SAL. That probably comes as no surprise.
I like what you have done so far.
Oooh, I love the Spooky Tree! Will be fun to have all ready when fall rolls around. I have a fall quilt in the works that I should dig out and finish! Your sew-along blocks are looking great.
ReplyDeleteSpooky little tree quilts are adorable any time of the year.
ReplyDeleteI love your Cheri quilt. I think I have that pattern. Must pull it out and get busy! I'm still debating on the sew-along. Feeling overwhelmed with lots of other little projects.! Good job!
ReplyDeleteI have one of the Cheri designs in the works. It will look much darker than yours. Your version is very good!
ReplyDeleteCute little Halloween WH! I don't know if it will scare the trick or treaters though. It looks like you are doing both sizes of the Pam Buda QAL. Looks like fun and it's a good idea to do both sizes. We're having a moving sale tomorrow & Sat. It's getting hectic around here!
ReplyDeleteLove your wall hanging - and way to be ahead of the curve! Your SAL blocks look great. And, it's been really fun seeing all of the doll quilts - it sounds like everyone really had a great time with it!
ReplyDeleteFun wall hanging. Love it. Super blocks. Really love the fabrics.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the link to Pam Buda's QAL--I joined in the fun and got caught up in both sizes today. I have a small collection of different size precuts of the Kansas Troubles Quilters fabrics--I think more than half were given to me as gifts. Anyway, I think they will work well for this and it was fun cutting into them finally. It is my first QAL. My first should have been Mountain Trail, I still love that quilt and want to make it. Soon!
ReplyDeleteCUTE little Halloween wallhanging~!

ReplyDeleteLove the fall quilt. Fall and Halloween are my favorite times of year and I need to remember that I can work on projects like that during the summer, too!
