Random Set Quilts

This month on Instagram I've been posting a few random quilt photos from around my house. As I've done that, I've realized some of my favorite quilts are the ones with random settings.

I never realized how many of these I've done! I've got a couple of ideas along this same line to do as an online group project. Keep that in mind as the new year rolls in.

Have a wonderful week!

  2. Oh, my!! They are all wonderful and now you are going to tempt me with making one. I've always wanted one of those type quilts and I even bought the pattern for the Flags of the American Revolution (and have some fabric set aside for it). Since I'm "almost" finished with 3 UFO large quilts and a QOV ready to put together, I think I will have to consider your project when presented. We shall see!

I was just looking at the Jan Patek patterns and Pinecones & Holly Berries 1 & 2, and Where Wild Geese Fly all especially caught my eye.
