I made my first blog post on February 11, 2009- you can see it HERE if you want.
What's a blog with no readers? A really quiet and boring blog! This giveaway is my way of thanking you who have read and left comments over the past 7 years! Thank you for making the world a bit more personal and intimate.
Here's the little World Piece basket quilt that I'm giving away to a reader.
My theme bundle was India. I love the elephants.
The quilting is light and simple.
More elephants! Too cute!! The fabric was designed by Mary Fons, printed by Springs Creative.
The basket pattern I used was designed by Blackbird Designs and is in their book When the Cold Wind Blows.

DeleteCongratulations. I always like to see what you are working on. This is a very nice finish. Yesterday I saw the Kaffe Fassett display here in PA and one of the old English quilts that he used for inspiration had the most interesting applique stitch. It was sort of a tiny cross-hatch, very different.
