2017 Humble Quilt Swap

My partner should be receiving her quilt soon. She doesn't know that it is me sending to her so I can share it here. I started this when I was in Sunriver, but pieced it differently than the book recommended. The blocks finish at 3". I machine quilted and hand quilted it.

I'm making another one and this person knows we are swapping, but she doesn't know which of these are winging their way to Spain. I love this little quilt, created after seeing an antique.
I'm calling it Child's Play.
Here is Mona's "Quilters Madder" completed! I love it!
This was my latest fall quiltalong which you can find HERE,
And my instagram feed for this week.

Have a lovely weekend friends!
Thank you for all your encouraging words and kind comments.

  2. I am amazed at how many different reproduction prints there have been on the market the last several years. I like to study the different fabrics used in the little doll quilts and see what is in my stash and what I have missed. You got your doll quilts done quickly.

  4. Beautiful little quilts. Spring here has been rainy and cold. Doing a lot of sewing. Will have ten quilt for Haiti team to take in April. Working to finish dresses to make ten of those. Having to rest a lot since the time change. Wish they'd stop that.

  8. I've finished making my swap quilt but thought I'd wait a week or so to send it.
I didn't want to be too early, but if you are sending yours I'll get mine in the post.
