My out and about this week.....

We took my son out for his birthday and I said we must go see some fall color before dinner!
We found it!

I had to go into Portland for business and spend a little time with my daughter and had to enjoy this different scenery on my over the mountain.
Can you tell this is the wet side of the mountain?

If you want to add your 50 Shades of Brown to the linky on Monday but can't figure it out, feel free to send me a photo and I'll add it.  There will be a random drawing from everyone who adds their quilt!

`
Have an amazing weekend!

  1. Oh...great minds thinking alike!!! As soon as I saw Gay's Pappy's Polka Dot Garden week before last I said to myself, "I'll bet Lori would like this...it's fits right along with her 'Bushong' quilt"!!! I immediately downloaded the first 2 patterns and checked my stash to see what polka dots (which are NOT a favorite of mine) I had available for background.

  3. I will have to enjoy watching you make that quilt. That is way above my "time allocation" for making quilts.

  5. Love how the moss had grown on the trees - love the big coloured leaf too - wish we had autumn/fall here. we jump straight from a mild winter to a hot summer almost overnight.
