We spent Tuesday doing all we could to see everything before the show opened the next morning.
That included the National Quilt Museum.
I'm just sharing a few photos. They have several wonderful exhibits.
New Quilts From Old Favorites: Roaring Twenties
What a fun theme!
These next few were incredible and unfortunately I didn't get a photo of their tags.
The use of this fabric and squiggly lines was really effective. Unfortunately I don't have a photo of the quilt1
This was a very small quilt made by Alice Tignor who is in the Humble Quilts group.
I know we have so much talent in the group but it is fun for me to see names I recognize!
That was the highlight of the museum visit.
Thank you to all who made purchases on my Etsy store! I appreciate every sale! I'll be closing it for vacation mid month (getaway with hubby!) so if you've had your eye on something now is the time to purchase it. I am so grateful for you all!
Have a great weekend!
