Here is one show I've put on the calendar for 2025. I visited the Lebanon Quilt Guild last May and my hostess, Maenad drove me to quilt shops in Amish country! Looking forward to visiting these shops again, this time a bit more leisurely. If you will be at this show, I'd love to meet up!
My decorated house house is now in full quilt mode! I'm trying to get kits made up for our yearly sewing retreat.
My sewing room is a tad too chilly to hang out in. (Look! Binding is being stitched down)
Someone mentioned this movie on Facebook. Completely cheesy but a good one to put on while hubby is away. The Fabric of Christmas can be found on Amazon Prime. (Possibly elsewhere as well)
Speaking of hubby:
Rain was in the forecast and although it has been chilly, look at the blue sky. I'm grateful. So many people still hurting and struggling. Please keep them in your prayers and donate if you can.
Tuesday in Central Oregon.
Friday in Central Oregon.
Welcome winter!
Have a lovely weekend, friends,
Thanks for the hard work your hubby is doing to help the folks in NC so hard-hit by the storm/flood. Samaritan's Purse has been a huge blessing to them, and we've been donating when we can. Blessings to you both this Christmas season!
ReplyDeleteLove your view of the mountains!
ReplyDeleteThe Lancaster show sounds like a lot of fun. So many shows and festivals I tell myself I will get to one day. So far my track record is abysmal!
ReplyDeleteHurray for binding getting stitched down! Always exciting to be at that final step.
I'm curious, was quilting accurately portrayed in that movie on Prime? I have had to laugh at the misrepresentation of the process of making a quilt in some movies.
Good of your hubby to be out there helping those in need.
Lovely views!
