Buhl Bushong April

I finished the April applique but am still behind on the center blocks. That will be my Sunday push!

So many little swap quilts winging their way across the country and the world! Just a reminder to get your quilt in the mail before May 9th. Overseas mail is being hung up and slowed down by lack of international flights.

I hope you are doing well!

Much love!

  1. Lori - your quilt is beautiful! I wish I had more patience for applique. Your posts do inspire me & I love seeing your hiking/camping photos. I've mentioned before, my son & his family live in Bend, so I get insight on the weather there. Thanks so much for your posts.

  4. Your quilt is beautiful. I have been downloading for months, but didn't get started until last week. I know I will enjoy the applique, but those center blocks, not so much, so I have most of the center done and Monday, hope to start on the applique. I do love this quilt!

  15. It is so fun to see the progress of all the Buhl quilts on Facebook and in blogs. It was my first 12 month so called BOM. Sometimes I felt the pressure because I wanted to finish the month but overall it is such a fun journey with quilters from America and Europe.
Love the different fabrics you used on your blocks, it is going to be a beautiful quilt.

  18. Our county of sparsely inhabited Oregon is doing well. Flowers are now flourishing in my new raised bed, hubby is out with the weedeater clearing up next years veg garden. Lots of white-crowned sparrows having fun in our yard. Love the progress you are making in your quilt!
