Little Quilts

Here's a Prim quilt I put the finishing touches on this week. It was one block of a quilt called Remembering Cheri after Cheri passed away from cancer. It is growing on me the more I see it! LOL

Here's the solid little quilt with the yellow binding. I LOVE it!

It is backed by a piece of feedsack. This makes me pine for spring!

I machine quilted both of them.

I hope ya'll are doing great! I feel like I'm surrounded by Covid but so far, so good!

Much love

  1. The back of the solid quilt is as pretty as the front. LOVE! Remembering Cheri is a sweet, sweet quilt. Love the baskets at the bottom and the embroidery touches. Looks like you're having a good time finishing up a few UFOs.

  6. Both quilts are great, but I love the prim too. I make a lot of minis. I should make of Cheri's patterns.

  10. I'm a little embarrassed to say I didn't know what a "Prim" quilt is. I asked the Google and while it didn't define it, exactly, the results were consistent enough that the light bulb finally turned on: Primitive. D'oh.
