Here's a Prim quilt I put the finishing touches on this week. It was one block of a quilt called Remembering Cheri after Cheri passed away from cancer. It is growing on me the more I see it! LOL
Here's the solid little quilt with the yellow binding. I LOVE it!
It is backed by a piece of feedsack. This makes me pine for spring!
I machine quilted both of them.
I hope ya'll are doing great! I feel like I'm surrounded by Covid but so far, so good!
Much love
The back of the solid quilt is as pretty as the front. LOVE! Remembering Cheri is a sweet, sweet quilt. Love the baskets at the bottom and the embroidery touches. Looks like you're having a good time finishing up a few UFOs.
ReplyDeleteLori muy bonitos los dos minis. Hice este bloque recordando a Cheri , es uno de mis favoritos.
ReplyDeleteSaludos
What an adorable little Prim quilt! hugs, Julierose
ReplyDeleteCheri was an inspiration—you’ve captured that beautifully in this quilt.
ReplyDeleteLove that prim!
ReplyDeleteAdorable little quilts!
ReplyDeleteI hope Covid stays far away from you, take care!
Both quilts are great, but I love the prim too. I make a lot of minis. I should make of Cheri's patterns.
ReplyDeleteYour prim quilt is so very sweet. What a happy quilt your solids one is. Love all those colours.
ReplyDeleteBe still my heart. I love the Prim one!
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteNothing better than little quilts!
ReplyDeleteI'm a little embarrassed to say I didn't know what a "Prim" quilt is. I asked the Google and while it didn't define it, exactly, the results were consistent enough that the light bulb finally turned on: Primitive. D'oh.
ReplyDeleteSorry! I should not have abbreviated. Now you know! LOL
